GUK has a General Council (GC) consisting of 28 members (female 15, male 13) who is the highest authority of the organization. They sit at least one time in annual meeting where a discussion held about all the activities of the year. If emergency they may sit in a meeting at any time.  The members of the general council are involved in different social development activities. They also elect members of Executive Committee for every two years.
