It is difficult for anyone in this society to be self reliant and stable without having skill and capacity that is the prerequisite of empowerment. GUK has been implementing this program in order to bring radical positive changes from the uncertain state of this society. Through this program some activities based on awareness creation, skill and capacity and human resources development, have been implemented. Overcoming all the obstacles, GUK emphasizes in creating organizational capability. Besides, the organization is building groups and Community Based Organizations and increasing their capacity. With the active coordination of UPs, government and non-government organization, civil society, GUK has been working to ensure the equal participation of men and women in all spheres of society.

Strengthening CBOs and Civil Society Organization.

Skill and capacity of men and women will be enhanced;

Men and women’s involvement in development processes will be increased;

Women’s mobility and leadership will be increased;

Right to freedom of expression, education and social security will be ensured;

Capacity of the organizational staff will be  further enhanced;

Local small institutions will be built up and incorporated in development process.
